THE PROBLEM
More than 700 million people, or 10 per cent of the world population, still live in extreme poverty today, struggling to fulfill the most basic needs like health, education, and access to water and sanitation, to name a few. The majority of people living on less than $1.90 a day live in sub-Saharan Africa. Worldwide, the poverty rate in rural areas is 17.2 per cent—more than three times higher than in urban areas.

Public Outreach (Worldwide)
Free event for everyone to reach out to those in critical need in our communities around the world. WFTP Volunteers and donors give out food, clothes, water and other support to the needy to express love.
THANKSGIVING Aug. 3rd: 3pm-6pm
Thanksgiving (Worldwide)
Free event for everyone to return gratitude to God, Appreciation of Partners, Donors, supporters and volunteers for impacting lives. This session ends with special meal for volunteers and certificate of appreciation.
AWARDS NIGHT Aug. 10th 7pm – 10pm
Red Carpet & Gala Night (Houston Funplex, USA only)
Hybrid event starting with Red Carpets for Volunteers, Sponsors, dignitaries, delegates and celebrities. Followed by keynote address, presentations, giving of medals/awards, silent auctions and short entertainment.
